Don Macanlalay is an award-winning Filipino-American social media creative director, unit stills photographer, and screenwriter.

Over the past decade, Don has launched the social media channels for some of the biggest film and tv streaming services, such as Amazon Prime Video and Tubi Streaming. He’s directed hundreds of social media creative projects, producing content for several films and TV series, such as A24’s The Witch, Manchester by the Sea, A Beautiful Boy, Hanna, Mr. Robot, The Grand Tour, Bosch, Jack Ryan and Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

He also has helped transition the popular instagram film brand The Film Zone into a social media agency.

Don bounces between New Mexico, Washington, DC, and Los Angeles, CA, is an active unit stills photographer on local indie film productions and writes screenplays he’ll probably never share with anyone.
